Our website hopes to provide an insight into the everyday life of our school including the wonderful and unique opportunities that are afforded to the children of Scoil Chroí Íosa. The website also contains lots of valuable information for parents and those in the wider community.
Scoil Chroí Íosa is a provider of high quality education to students from Blarney and its surrounding area. As a professional body of teachers, the staff are committed to working in partnership with parents to ensure every child reaches their full potential in a happy and stimulating learning environment. The school aims to promote full and harmonious development of all aspects of the child. We foster a love of learning, working to the best of one’s ability and developing a sense of respect and responsibility amongst our pupils.
With the above in mind, I am always extremely grateful to the hard work and goodwill of our Parents, Pupils, Teachers, SNAs, Secretaries & Caretaker, as well as our Parents Association, Board of Management and the wider community of Blarney; all of whom help make Scoil Chroí Íosa the unique, warm and welcoming school that it is.

Today Rang a Cúig were carol singing in Kent Train Station in aid of @focusirelandcharity . A surprise visit from Rang a Trí made it even more special!
Well done to Rang a Sé, who today presented @bumbleance with a cheque for €2,455 from their recent Halloween Coffee Morning. ☕️👻🎃 A huge thank-you to the Bumbleance team for coming out to the school, showing the pupils around the ambulance, and helping them see exactly where their fundraising efforts will make a difference. We are also deeply grateful to our wonderful community for their generosity and support - this achievement wouldn’t have been possible without you. Maith sibh go léir! 🐝

Santa was spotted sneaking past Mr. Foley’s office after school today to check in on our @svp_ireland food donation trolley and he was blown away! 🎅🏼 ✨
He sent Mr. Foley a selfie to say a huge well done and thanks you to all the boys and girls in the senior building for their amazing generosity!

Ms. Fitzgerald’s 4th class were delighted to receive letters from their penpals.✉🖊️ They were busy beavers compiling their replies and were thrilled to show off their beatiful handwriting.
Rang a Cúig have been busy preparing to light up Kent Station this Thursday with carol singing and Christmas songs on the tin whistle! 🎶 🎄
